Last week, we finished our production of the machine and started to load the shipment. The components are manual decoiler, feeding device, rolling forming device, hydraulic post cutter, PLC control system, hydraulic station and spare parts. It is with 45# high grade steel shaft, which makes it very solid. And the design of the machine is based on our customer's requirement: feeding width 1219mm, effective width 1000mm. The surface color we applied for is white, demonstrating the purity and cleaness. With the drive of powerful motor and 18 step rollers, the speed of producing sheets can reach 900-1000 meters per hour, very speedy and efficient.
